This is Part One of an excellent expose of a War shak's latest attempts to push a bunch of ideas that kill and maim.

Momma do I have to go ? Why ?

Do I have to go- wails my 5 year old, while clutching me so hard she left red marks. I have learned to exist in a place called Survival, which means(among hundreds of actions) I must answer every question from everyone and anyone, truthfully and evenly with no emotion. Yes, I respond. Why ? My answer. Because the judge said so. I don't say : I know this being sexually abused you from 6 months on. I know he tried to kill me- which your sister saw. I know he passed you around to other men to abuse- I know I reported to police and medical authorities for all of your short life- I know. But social services seem to not have been alerted- although they came to the house- but- one wrote : file closed-matter resolved.It wasn't, so I went for divorce. No-one would help us - so I had to continue. No, I don't tell a 5 year old that, An already traumatized 5 year old. The criminal is bellowing in the street " oh you brainwashed her -"

(totally disregarding the intelligence and courage of this child.)

I won't tell a hurt 5 year old ,that the whole world as she knows it is against her, except her siblings and her mother.I don't yet know that she will lose her mother, her siblings (except for one abused sister) her clothes,her home- her pets- everything.And then she will have to forget great sections of her soul- gouged out by our insane society that never, it seems, listens to an abused mother or a child.

So when I read the verbalizations of a Warshak and his -cultlike followers still blathering on- while my now adult children along with hundreds if not thousands of others,careen and stagger their way through their lives; I relive that and hundreds of other soul destroying scenes from my/our past lives.

The use of these theories leads to daily ,reprehensible events for non-abusing protective mothers and their abused children. It is insanity. It is a war against any semblance of a humane and evolved society.It is criminal. It is a human rights abomination.

Some men seem to feel that we who have been totally disempowered as humans, are "wrong" because some only write about females. It is my firm belief that I must not write about that of which I have no knowledge. I am not male- so do not presume to be able to write about males. That, they must do for themselves.

Referring to Allan Woods ' report, Canadian soldiers have been explicitly ordered to stop or report incidents of Afghan soldiers or interpreters raping young boys. That excludes any other personnel of any nationality-it also excludes-rape of any girls or any adults or animals. I suppose that any Canadian soldiers who might be inclined to participate in such activities will wait until they are back home. One can report until one is blue in the face- and be following orders. Doesn't mean anything changes. Reporting doesn't stop abuse. Our Canadian laws require citizens to report abuse. Big deal. Not worth your time- or maybe- it makes the reporter feel that "something" will be done.

Next, it seems that MacKay stated that there was no evidence to support allegations that senior officers have turned a blind eye to the abuse. Well- of course they have-if they didn't WITNESS the events themselves-they are not (apparently) under orders to report !

MacKay continues in the carefully worded palliative statement- that- like all Canadians everywhere - the soldiers are required to . . . . ."do the right thing, to prevent, to pre-empt. to intervene." This blandness he terms an - expectation. Ohhh- but Peter- didn't your mama tell you, that the road to hell is paved with good intentions and expectations ???? We all know what happens to - - -expectations - -don't we ????

Next we are informed by Mr.Woods - following earlier reports --that soldiers who WERE reporting abuses, were told to not interfere. I absolutely believe that. How can anyone expect Canadian soldiers of any rank , to "stop" sexual abuses in another country- in a war; when (for example) father/daughter rape is reported in Canada - and nothing happens - unless, as is frequently the case, the sexual victims are given in custody to live with their rapist.

"There is no evidence . . . .and . . .we require strict adherence to the local rule of law" , MacKay told reporters. There you go- all taken care of- it is someone else's responsibility. Pass the buck often enough and you lose your money.(your children)

However, the real corker comes at the end of Mr.Woods' article. "I can tell you as a former Crown prosecutor that any sexual abuse against children will not be tolerated", (in which century or on what planet ? Mr. MacKay ????????)

Is this crass ignorance, unimaginable stupidity or vile maliciousness ? Can we not just deal with reality ? That we are eons away from properly addressing this scourge of sexual abuse. That we cannot even "clean our own nest" . That every year thousands of hapless sexual abuse victims are sent to live with their abusers.

And- Mr.MacKay worked in criminal and FAMILY LAW and also as a Crown prosecutor in youth .provincial and Supreme courts, before entering politics.

What a cruel and vicious joke. My condolences to all the present and future survivors out there.

Here we go again. One mother out of- hundreds? thousands? ,who actually grasped what was happening to her baby. One mother who is trying to protect her child.

Why do the doctors and hospitals and police and - ESPECIALLY social workers - the people who work in idiotcracies; remain unable to realize that sexual aggressions are most commonly committed by people known to the victim? Why does no-one make the connect betwen ear infections (tubes) and the fact that sperm and germs were forced up those delicate tubes ? Causing even more suffering by the victim. And night terrors- and nightmares- and- being"spaced out" and a myriad of other "symptoms "that many mothers recognize. What are all these -"experts" hiding ?

The formula has not changed. Report sexual abuse of your child- expect to lose custody. Do not report- hope someone does- (happens on occasion) - and lose custody of the child- for- failure to protect.

The law requires reporting. You are punished if you don't. Report- you are punished and in both scenarios- the child/baby/children are punished. When custody is lost- custody goes to the abuser.

This FACT of life has been reported for decades. Florence Rush being the first- or among the first. And still- the carnage continues.

It is not rocket science. What perverse and twisted set of beliefs allows,even promotes, the torture of our children? I cannot wrap my brain around this. I should have been born a bear. At least they have the right to kill the male who threatens their young.

I am ill with spirit pain for this mother and child.

Aaliyah Bedwell, you have an amazing mother. I wish her all the strength in the world as she battles to help you .I wish you,Aaliyah, all the strength of character that I suspect you have, to grow through and beyond this horror of society.You are an innocent caught in the most uncivil (ized)war. The one that rages largely unseen, in our world.
