Please sign this petition. I consider this complete criminal insanity to not harshly condemn rapists- especially child rapists. Some of our laws are a joke. Victims must -deal with the aftereffects- for a LIFETIME. The criminals get- a few months- and go go off and rape some more. Small wonder that when dear old dad rapes his children- no attention is paid-unless to blame the mother-
