So, it would appear that MAYBE it was a Texas judge who "messed up" bigtime-. Accessory to murder and attempted murder. However, Quebec province and Canada in general, have their bountiful share of children being sent to live with criminals.Some children and mothers are murdered outright- others experience slow soul-murder. Some survive repeated suicide attempts- some don't-. And so the carnage goes.
