Just heard about a mother who was jailed for infanticide. Except- she was NOT guilty. She has finally been legally absolved. Wonder if our society will ever get to - absolving the mothers who sought divorce in order to protect themselves and their children- and -lost custody to an abuser ????
This mother's siutuation only came to light because the forensic pathologist who declared her guilty- was found to have been either totally and criminally incompetent- or he lied. Criminally.
