Well- a reasonable piece in a Huffington Post blog. This blogger (CNW) was thoroughly disgusted with the appearance of a Warshak and his fawning minions, in a Huff piece a few days ago.Incredibly- or perhaps, predictably, NO information that seriously contradicted this idea(of Warshak et al) was accepted. What was left was the swooning and nauseating comments of adulation.I toyed with the idea of re-writing the exact piece, but have the text selling deodorant instead of some dangerous idea. Also, the fawning comments would have served as a toxic base for a deodorant marketer's product. Ultimately, my energy and that of thousands and thousands of battered mothers and their often equally or more wounded children, is not served by paying attention to the pushers of a weapon of destruction.Or deodorant.

I cannot stop seeing all the carnage -deaths of children and mothers and seriously mangled lives of those who do not physically die- but are soul-murdered: as the persistence of age old rituals. Where once temples were built to serve in part , as the venue for child sacrifice- complete with a presiding high priest - now we have Courthouses and judges. Mothers who denounce the sexual abuse of their children, and who come to these temples to rid themselves of what otherwise are called CRIMINALS, find that the high priests will sacrifice them and/or their children.These judges/high priests are only following a "higher law" - only doing what they are told to do by their religion .The laws of the land and psychology. Psychology has become (in the area of divorce ) a new religion and one of its want - to - be gods was a pro pedophile.

Sometimes, the high priest relies on lesser beings to carry out the actual execution. So there are social workers, lesser psychologists, a sprinkling of lawyers , GALS (in U.S.) and various assorted peons- who carry out the execution and/or the torture. The torture- designed to bring the child/mother closer to god (i.e. abuser dad) sometimes takes the form of supervised visits- where the natural/birth protective non-abusing mother must submit to scrutiny of every word and behaviour. (and pay the Money god for her/their torture)Each observation is duly recorded , by a peon , for submission to the lesser gods, who serve dual gods- the high priests and the Money God.

Those who do not bow down and totally submit to one or all three of the prevailing religions (law,psychology and money) are severely punished. As are their offspring.

Either humans are clinging to these ancient rituals- and reviving them , or we are reverting to an even earlier behaviour -that of the ancestors common to apes, chimps and humans. One has only to read descriptions of the "social" behaviours of chimpanzees, to recognize- ourselves.

Ironically, this was published on the birthdate of a beloved child. Today, comes the welcome news that Sherry has been totally absolved of ALL blame in her baby's death so many years ago.


This is such a horrendous story (along with many others) Not only did Sherry experience the immeasurable agony of losing a child, but also, social services swooped in and took another son and adopted him out. Further, when she bore another child- social services were all over her like flies feasting on fresh manure.

All of this is analogous to a mother losing custody to an abuser. A baby,child, animal and woman abuser. The community- by and large turns against these mothers- believing the - "experts (read psychologists and social services personnel) - who have decided that she lied, or was "into" false allegations etc.

The end result is the same. Almost, or total , destruction of lives. Needlessly.

Terrible to say- but- at least Sherry did not have to deal with the constant abuses of her "ex" - as happens in custody cases- , nor pay hard earned money to her and her children's abuser- whilst never seeing them-

I can just imagime the hard looks- the set faces and clipped tones of the social workers who came to - -"inspect" her- all of them, I suppose, believing she was an abuser.
Thank goodness for James Lockyear and --- ,who fight with so much success, to right grievous wrongs.

This woman (and others) deserves a medal. An absolute medal. I hope when her "kidnapped" son reaches 18, that he will be allowed to -know the truth of his adoption and who his birth mother is.

If there is a God- and/or attendant angels, I expect them to support and protect James Lockyear for what I hope is a very very long career.
This is a human who walks in grace.

Just heard about a mother who was jailed for infanticide. Except- she was NOT guilty. She has finally been legally absolved. Wonder if our society will ever get to - absolving the mothers who sought divorce in order to protect themselves and their children- and -lost custody to an abuser ????
This mother's siutuation only came to light because the forensic pathologist who declared her guilty- was found to have been either totally and criminally incompetent- or he lied. Criminally. Just like some court "experts" who declare the abuser wonderful and the protective mother- guilty. There's more than one way to kill a child and a mother - - - -

This is an excellent- site. It is based in the U.S.- but- the attitudes that underlie the continued victimization of women and children, are common to all Western supposedly "civilized" societies- (I use the term civilized-loosely) . I know for a fact that this is a commonality in Canada, Australia and the U.K. Common to all these countries (and more) are attitudes that view women and children as- something less than human, and often, something lesser even than animals. Rape a child- rape an animal- rape a woman- beat them all- It is all the same amorphous mass-to a predator. A criminal. As far as I am concerned, the -some psychologists, therapists,lawyers,judges, fathers' rights -types- are ALL guilty by-at the very least- association. If we call a male who sexually and otherwise aggresses a child, animal or woman, a criminal- then what does one call a person who aids, abets and supports such a predator ???????? That's aiding and abetting a criminal act(s). Others sin by keeping the silence. I do not refer to the victims. I refer to the people who KNOW and say nothing- like a raft of social workers of whom I know. In fact- the entire social system structure needs- an overhaul ? Shutting down ? What ? I know of a "case" where sexual abuse by grandparents was substantiated- and the SOCIAL SERVICES who were overseeing the case- recommended visitation - so the small victims have to go and visit their criminal grandparents. I call this- criminally insane behavior. What do YOU call it ?
