This book was with me for years- until- it, with almost all the rest of my property was lost- in a divorce from a predator-. Or- lost to the vultures and hyenas that follwed-. It applies- I beleve, to human behavior-and particularly in the arena of divorce. Joint custody and fighting for territorial "rights" is how I view the howling of some over joint custody and shared parenting. The principles of entitlement and ownership- . Cows,pets,wives and children are seen as property - by some males who are- shall we say- less evolved. When I think about "rich" people- example Donald Trump- they are successful hunters- ,so feel a need to - practice what becomes serial monogamy- but they ,being successful hunters, have no need to abuse, beat, kill and maim- their other property- ex-wife and children. Could it be, that the less successful males- not good hunters- have so little in terms of property/territory , that they resort to ownership (control) no matter what the method ?

This is how I view psychological ideas- just- ideas dreamed up by someone- to be: the mind-wanderings of unsuccessful males. And how they do howl- when they are called on their behaviour - - -and beat their chests - -.

If you care about children- and so often hidden abuse that never surfaces in contentious divorces-with horrendous results for our children; then- recognize some names- like -Holstein-read the Sacks "blog
" , learn about a Mr. Farrell- his ideas- THEIR ideas- and feel shock and horror at the discourse of some of these- "fathers' " rights people.
Their information (put out by a few- is spread -to a few- thanks to the information flow of the Internet.Like Richard Dawkin's idea of memes- except, these ideas are cultural viruses-guaranteed to sicken our society- by the planned destruction of our children. Rermember- ONLY approximately a 2% of our children- but , in my opinion- ONE child destroyed is already one too many.

Do these people understand the destruction they cause ? Probably not. Do they care -for example- in a "mild" case- where parents have equal custody-that the children have to pick up and -sort of move- between homes ? Probably not. I have seen years and years of children shunted between homes- whether they want it or not. I met up with a young lady, whom I taught when she was in Secondary One. (11-12 years old) There was a constant sort of -frozen robot like on guard behavior- -what if she forgot her books at one home ? -etc. The logistics of any changed dance classes or other extra curricular activities- was- phenomenal. On the first parent's night- in came her young mother- a trained psychologist- very nervous- she finally said- I have to rush because I must not let her father see me here. Same story over and over- parent after parent. In  came the father- with wife no.2 in tow- supercilious-arrogant- asking if mother had been there- as though it were a crime. The mother only asked about the daughter - -.

I never forgot that one child- remembered more than the others- for an unknown reason. Years later I am at a regional conference for community groups- part of my continued work in the area- particularly with/for victims of sexual aggression. Up to me come two young women- both, I remember- and the one- is that frozen faced child from Secondary One! She is in college -locally-.The presentation she came to see- where I was-and where she came- was on sexual aggression. I carefully mention that I clearly remembered her and wondered where she was and how she was doing. I ask if she has her own apartment. NO- madame- I am with my MOTHER !! With such a joyous expression on her face-and then- she proceeds to tell me about dad- and the step mother - - -Her face is no longer frozen. It is open and joyous.

If a divorce separation agreement goes to court- over and over- is contested- usually by the father- there is ALWAYS more than meets the eye behind it. One cannot impose sanity and empathy and caring for other human beings- where it was not present to begin with.

There is a reason, as old as time, that mothers usually get custody- and it has to do with genetics and evolution and the way mammals reproduce and who carries and bears the young of the species. And- who nurtures the young.

Yanking people continually through courts destroys everything that can be sane , calm and beneficial for developing children. .

Could it be- greed ? (won't pay the b**** -no comprehension of the needs of developing children ? (ranting at a child over a missing book- etc) or- some twisted sense of ownership- (child is not a person- but a possession-mothers are not people either- they are "owned" ) -a mixture of many factors probably.

What ever the "causes" ,there is nothing admirable or helpful, in anti-social behavior.

I keep thinking about that 18 year old in the Toronto area- who put a stop to the utter destructive NONSENSE that was going on. A group of people in Toronto- who align with Farrell, Holstein  and Gardner, - were set to have a younger brother sent to another country for some kind of highly dubious "therapy"

Madness.

Why did a delightful child have to pass at least 7 years of her young developing life- being shunted back and forth between -homes- only to FLEE to her mother the SECOND she turned 18 ? Multiply her story thousands of times across Canada-

In my opinion, people who push these -"ideas" are predators- looking for prey. Further, they seek out and/or attract the -people at the bottom of the humanity continuum.

A must read. This intelligent ,educated human who speaks and writes with comprehension and empathy; should be more widely heard and read. (as if there were time !)

My opinions on children's rights, are more narrow in scope- sort of. My concern is in the area of separation and divorce. Specifically -those divorces which are called "high conflict".
What I have learned:
The majority of divorces are settled- often via mediation if needed- . The "rights" of all parties seem - protected. It is the divorces where one party was in fact, abusing the wife and children. The divorces where there is a constant unremitting series of court appearances to- obtain joint or shared custody-or, in cases of -abusers further on the continuum of abuse - the quest for total custody.These are the cases where the rights of the children are NEVER considered.The constant turmoil is, in itself,an abuse.
Who are abusers ? They can be anyone- from any walk of life. One constant is: they are predominately male.

Has there been an -upsurge of these cases ? (go back 25 years) Yes. It coincides rather neatly with the changes governments made- that the non-custodial parent absolutely must pay child support.(governments made these changes in an attempt to reduce welfare rolls- the number of mothers with children-on welfare. It was not altuism.

There is also a coincidental (? )increase in the noise made by some fathers' rights groups as well as drum beating by proponents of that pro-pediphile idea- pas- pa ,or just alienation- as some of the snake oil salesmen like to call it now. (too many know the provenance of these ideas)

And- of course- if one can "prove" alienation- there are some waiting anxiously in the wings- to provide "therapy" to- un alienate the child ! Yeah. Right.

I am very clear on how I see all of THAT. And my opinion is not acceptable in writing -on a blog. It has to do with greed. And no ethics.

Did others notice that some people now are screeching FOR "automatic" shared parenting ? At the same time the Australian government is revising its practice of "equal" parenting- of the last six ? years. Too many deaths of mothers and children. The final straw was little Darcy Freeman. Dear old dad stopped his vehicle on a bridge-plucked the tiny girl out and threw her off the bridge. In front of two young sons. Another funeral.

Do these children enjoy their basic human rights ? Did they ? There are dozens of similar cases,ending in death. In every case, examined AFTER the fact- (deaths) there was found a series of clear warnings- of abusive and dangerous behavior. A "psychologist" or social worker easily or purposefully "misses" these signals- and- the deaths continue.

Is this what the silent majority wishes for Canada ?????

Predators And Sycophants (PAS)

Canadian mother loses custody of 3 girls for alienating them from father . . .

So the news items read - in various newspapers. I receive this via various alerts I have- alerts that search the Web for reports on : sexual assaults/abuse and domestic violence. Often, both report the same - -event. That's because the two- sexual abuse of children and beating up of the mother are statistically significant- they are linked. As is bestiality.And other forms of animal abuse.

As it is in Canada- I decide to read it. Dear god- it is in Ontario- essentially next door-I am flooded with emails from mothers I know- who have lost custody of their children-to the child/woman abuser. Most of our stories are the same- as though we had all cloned- or- been published by a psychopathic author- write one vicious story- print thousands of copies.

I can only make one comment/opinion-on the basis of the news reports- my reaction is probably the same as- thousands and thousands of reasonable people- What on earth did she DO to the children- to have them ripped away from her like this ? I decide I must carefully read the judgement before passing my own judgement.

As I read-the old familiar sick feelings start to turn my limbs to jelly. Flashback. After reporting sexual abuse of my children to ALL the authorities imaginable- and nothing happened-except -maybe two ? visits from a social worker-I realized that only I was interested in protecting my children. So I sought divorce. Tiny girls going on their court ordered visit ( I had temporary custody)The youngest in my arms- where she leapt-climbed- screaming no no -and then "Do I have to go" -Yes.Why ? Because the judge said so.The to-be x screaming at me (usual) You brainwashed them (what ? ) I didn't know then, that there are people who will not believe any police report or medical report -or the child- or- I presume- any victim of any age that has experienced sexual or other violence. x rips her out of my arms. Ever notice how helpless and hopeless are virtually the same ???

Shake off the memory -go back to judgement. The judge is quoting pages and pages of psychobabble-it reads the same as all the psycho reports I have read from all the mothers who were beaten and/or reported the sexual abuse of their children-(they all lost custody)

I often imagine certain psychologists sitting in offices- a "case" comes in- mother reported sexual abuse of children- Psychologist pushes a button- out prints the same psychobabble- i.e.- ALL mothers who report sexual abuse by the child's father- are automatically labeled alienators- so all one has to do- as a certain kind of psychologist- is- push a button- print out the same psychobabble- change names and dates- and -bingo ! Diagnosis of alienation.

I hadn't yet learned that there were people out there- pushing this sick nonsense. I hadn't yet learned that some-many? of these-psychologists are members of pedophile groups-and often, also,so-called father's rights groups. Why aren't there CHILDREN'S RIGHTS groups ?????

Back to AGL v. KBD

So far the judgement reads- boringly the same as -hundred's of others. Right down to mentions of sexual abuse- behaviors of the mother that could be interpreted as a mother trying to not expose her children to sexual abuse- etc.(NOT their interpretation - -)

Whoa. Page 18-under sub title Analysis-numbered item 85. A Dr. Fidler (her name is liberally sprinkled all through the judgement-) ;Judge McWatt has written the following: "Filed as exhibit 8A is Chapter 6 of a book she is publishing on the topic entitled"Understanding Child Alienation and Its Impact on Families". For example,she refers,in the book,to the work of Richard Gardner and his term "parental alienation syndrome (PAS).

That's it- those girls are doomed- as is the mother. Doesn't this Fidler person KNOW that Gardner was a pro-pedophile-whose name was linked in some NAMBLA articles with Ralph Underwager ?

And they rip away three girls from the only constant parent in their lives -to quite possibly never see her again- In other words- the law (and common decency) require the reporting of sexual abuse. BUT- if you do- you will be called an alienator-and the victims will be sent to live with their rapist. Same old. Except there are more Fidlers fiddling with our children' s souls. There's money to be made in them ther hills- the present day Gold Rush. Human societies have a history of child sacifice. This is our version.

The judgement has absolutely no credibility. Nor does the father-nor his minions. Oh- I mean - the people he paid. Do the Fidlers of this world KNOW what destruction they cause? Or- don't they give a damn? In one of my many reports (this one on the phone) to the local child protection - people- I actually had the SS (social services) person whisper to me- "don't report sexual abuse-you could lose custody of your children.I believe you- but there are others here - -"

So- SS and Fidlers don't need police reports or hospital or doctor reports or ANYTHING .All they do is : push a button- print out the same -stuff. Bingo.Children destroyed.

I blame the judge less- I don't know if she had any other options- could she have ordered another expertise by a psychologist or other qualified person -to speak with all concerned ? To- investigate ? I don't know.

I absolutely blame Fidler et al. To even MENTION Gardner -she loses all credibility. This creep is not allowed -his opinions (and that's all they are) in the American family courts - nor is he recognized by the American Psychological Association.

We are still in the jungle. The predators still attack the vulnerable- women and their children. At least other predator animals hunt and kill-for food.

And sycophant sounds a lot like the word psychologist. Maybe we need a new word for the followers of pedophile philosophies- psychophants.
